Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

1. Charging the PCM Cold Pads

   • 2-8°C Pads: Freeze at -18°C for 24 hours.
   • -25°C Pads: Freeze at -40°C for 24 hours.
   • Place pads sideways with a 1-inch gap between each pad for optimal freezing.

2. Preparing the Box

   • Place one PCM pad at the bottom of the box.
   • Position four PCM pads along the inner walls.
   • Insert the product load into the box.
   • If needed, include a thermal data logger.
   • Place the sixth PCM pad on top of the load.

3. Closing and Securing

   • Seal the VIP insulated cover tightly to maintain temperature integrity.

4. Usage

   • Replace PCM pads with fully charged ones after 72 hours to maintain performance.
