The RotoBot™ Rotating Mixers provide advanced programming options that extend the functionality of traditional laboratory rotators. With digital speed control and more than 10 operating modes, these mixers are designed to rotate, mix, and vibrate a wide variety of laboratory samples. The versatile design of the RotoBot™ Mini and its accessories allows for continuous and precise mixing, providing superior flexibility for diverse laboratory tasks.
Key Features:
-
Advanced Programming: The RotoBot™ Rotating Mixers are equipped with more than 10 operating modes and programmable options. These mixers can perform various combinations of rotation, mixing, and vibration in sequential steps, allowing for nearly infinite flexibility in programming. The modes are customizable using the C1 and C2 buttons for precise control.
-
Tube Holder Capacity & Compatibility: The RotoBot™ models include different tube holder configurations, allowing you to mix a wide range of sample tube sizes:
- RotoBot™ Mini (R4000-1520): 6 x 1.5 ml or 1 x 50 ml tubes, with dual orientation (vertical and horizontal).
- R4000-150: 1 x 15 ml tube.
- R4000-500: 1 x 50 ml tube.
- R4000-HZ15: 6 x 15 ml tubes.
- R4000-HZ50: 6 x 50 ml tubes.
-
Versatile Tube Holders: The RotoBot™ Mini is supplied with dual attachment points for 6 x 1.5 ml tubes (in both vertical and horizontal orientations). The mixers are compatible with an array of holders for tubes ranging from 1.5 ml to 50 ml. These tube holders are included as part of the package, but additional holders can be purchased separately for high capacity applications such as blotting and hybridization.
-
Mixing and Vibrating Action: The RotoBot™ utilizes a motion chart to guide the user through the various modes, providing uniform mixing and shaking. This makes it ideal for applications that require precise and gentle shaking or more vigorous mixing. The unique sliding attachment allows users to easily change the tube orientation from vertical to horizontal, making it adaptable to various laboratory tasks.
-
Non-Slip Rubber Mat: The RotoBot™ comes with a non-slip rubber mat to secure tubes and prevent slipping during operation. This ensures stable operation and safety when handling samples.
