Benchmark's TubeRoller is designed to provide gentle, thorough mixing of a wide variety of containers including Vacutainers™, bottles, test tubes, centrifuge tubes, and roller bottles. Available in two models—R3005 (with 5 rollers) and R3010 (with 10 rollers)—the TubeRoller is perfect for laboratory applications that require efficient sample mixing with minimal disturbance to the contents.

    • The TubeRoller utilizes a smooth rolling motion combined with a gentle +/- 5° tilt action. This ensures even mixing and prevents damage to sensitive samples.
    • The tilt action creates a “wave” effect as each tube rolls from side to side, allowing for thorough and consistent mixing.
  2. Versatile Tube and Bottle Compatibility:

    • Ideal for tubes and bottles ranging from 8mm to 200mm in diameter. This broad compatibility makes the TubeRoller highly adaptable for various lab applications including blood collection tubes, Vacutainers™, centrifuge tubes, and other vessels.
    • Can hold up to 850ml bottles and other common sample containers.
  3. Consistent Speed for Effective Mixing:

    • Both the R3005 and R3010 models operate at a fixed speed of 38rpm (±10%) to provide consistent and efficient mixing, chosen for the most effective rolling motion.
    • The rotation is gentle yet effective, ensuring thorough mixing of liquids or suspensions inside the containers without the need for high-speed agitation.
  4. Flexible and Convenient Design:

    • The R3005 model has 5 rollers, while the R3010 model includes 10 rollers, allowing for different loading capacities depending on your mixing needs.
    • The rollers are spaced 35mm apart and are positioned on a stable platform, ensuring a reliable operation without shaking or unwanted movement.
